Terms

These terms cover use of the Same Streets Presents website. They are written in plain language for a small live-music project in Cleveland, Tennessee. They are not a substitute for advice from a lawyer. Reach us at samestreetspresents@gmail.com.

The site

Show details, dates, and lineups can change. An empty calendar means nothing is announced yet, not that a night is confirmed. Ticket links, when we publish them, go to the seller named on the show.

Submissions

There is no fee to apply for a show, a Same Streets Session, or an artist spotlight. Sending music or a pitch does not guarantee a booking, a feature, or a reply on a deadline. We choose based on fit, the room, and the calendar.

You keep ownership of your music. Sending links does not transfer your copyright to us. Don't submit material you don't have permission to share.

Our name and design

The Same Streets Presents name, the road-line mark, and the words we write on this site belong to us. Please don't copy the brand and present it as your own.

Photos and video

Content submissions follow the Content Submission Permissions. Publication is never owed just because something was sent.

A note on liability

Live shows carry ordinary risks. This website is offered as information. To the extent the law allows, Same Streets Presents is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that the law says cannot be limited.
