Same Streets Presents is based in Cleveland, Tennessee. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to information you give us through this website. Questions can go to samestreetspresents@gmail.com.

What we collect

If you write to us, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, email address, city, links, and the message itself. Artist, photo, and contact forms on this site open a draft in your own email app addressed to us. We do not run a separate database on the website, and this version of the site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use that information to answer you, consider bookings, sessions, spotlights, partnerships, and crew offers, and to follow the permission you give for any photos or video. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Email we receive stays in our inbox for as long as we need it to plan shows, answer a thread, or meet a request you made. You can ask us to delete a conversation, and we will remove it from our mail unless we need a copy for a legal or safety reason.

Sharing

We share details only when you asked us to — for example, crediting you on a post — or when a venue, artist, or partner needs a specific fact to make a show happen. We don't hand your submission to a mailing list.

Children

This site is meant for a general audience. Don't send us personal information about anyone under 13.
