Content Submission Permissions
This page explains what you agree to when you send photos or video through Share your content. Questions: samestreetspresents@gmail.com.
You keep the work
You keep ownership of what you create. A submission is not a sale and not a transfer of copyright.
What you confirm
- You created the content, or you have the rights and the authority to submit it.
- The credit line you give us is the name we should use if we publish it.
- People shown in the work are comfortable being included, as far as you know and control.
What permission covers
If you check the permission box, you give Same Streets Presents permission to use that specific submission for promotion of the project: on this website, on our social channels, on posters, and in recap videos. We will credit you with the name you supplied. We won't sell your files as stock, and we won't claim we shot them.
What a submission does not do
Submission alone does not guarantee publication, a feature, payment, or a timeline. We may decline work that doesn't fit, that we can't verify, or that we don't have room to run.
Changing your mind
You can email us and withdraw permission for future uses. We will stop using the work going forward and make a reasonable effort to take down posts we still control. Copies already printed, or posts already shared by other people, may remain.
Music submissions are different
Artist submissions are for consideration, not a license to release your recordings. If we ever want to film, post a performance, or use a song beyond linking to what you already published, we will ask again and agree on it in writing.
